Warranty Information

Please note that in the unfortunate event that you have a problem with this product and need to return it under warranty, for replacement or refund, that Dogg are unable to cover the return costs, regardless of the reason for return. In line with the supplier's terms and conditions, we will be unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item has been returned to the supplier, at the cost of the customer, at which point the supplier will deem whether the claim is valid or not. Unfortunately Dogg are unable to authorise a replacement or refund whilst any claim is ongoing and the final decision is with the supplier, Onecall Distribution. Should your claim be successful, please note that no refunds will be provided for the cost of returning the goods - this is the supplier's policy and not something that Dogg are able to compensate for.
