Returns

Returns are easy at Dogg! If you'd like to return your order for any reason, we'll need to know within 30 days of purchase. The product will need to be in brand new condition in have the original packaging.

Unfortunately Custom Built Scooters are ineligible for returns. This is because during the building process the parts are marked internally and the original packaging is recycled and as a result, the parts cannot then be resold as new.

On the rare occassion that your order arrives with you damaged, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue right away at our cost.
