Our working days are Monday to Friday. These are the days which we process and dispatch orders, they are also the days that the phonelines will be manned.

Please note that weekends are not classed as working days so please ensure that you allow for this when placing your orders. For example, any orders placed after the order cut off point on Friday or over the weekend will usually be processed and dispatched the following Monday.

Yes it is possible to visit us! Please note we are only a small showroom so it is best to make arrangements before visiting - get in touch with us to let us know when you're coming.

We are open Monday - Friday between the hours of 9:30-16:30.

To reset your password, visit the login page and click 'Forgot Password'. You will receive an email link to change your password.


We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day - Saturday & Sunday are not classed as working days.

From the point of dispatch, how quickly your order will take to be delivered will depend on which shipping service you selected at checkout. Please note that once your order has left us, we have no control over any delays from the courier.

We can change the delivery address before the parcel has been dispatched. With us having a quick dispatch time, the best way to do this is by giving us a ring!

If the parcel has left our warehouse, you may have to get in contact with the courier directly to re-direct the journey.

We have various different couriers offering different prices and shipping times. For more information please see out Shipping Information

If you have ordered twice, as long as the orders have not been dispatched, we will be able to combine and refund one of the shipping costs. Please get in touch with us to let us know you would like these combined.

If the order has been dispatched, unfortunately we will not be able to combine them.


Of course! If you'd like to return the your order or a product from your order, you must do so within 30 days of the purchase date and the product must be in brand new condition in the original packaging.

For any return, please print and fill in our Return Slip and include it inside the parcel.

Christmas returns are available on all orders placed between 1st November 2022 to 24th December 2022. The extended period gives you until January 31st to send your order back. Returned items must be sent back unused and in original packaging.


The best way to keep an eye on your order is to Log In.

We will also contact you by email and SMS to keep you updated along the way.

Our cut off point for same day dispatch is 12PM. This means any order placed before midday will be processed and dispatched the next day. Any order placed after the cut off point will be processed and dispatched the next working day.

If Saturday delivery is chosen at checkout, providing everything goes smoothly with DPD that is when you will receive your parcel. Please note, Sunday deliveries are currently unavailable. 

Providing the order has not been dispatched, we will be able to make any changes to your order up until that point.

If your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to make any amendments. Should you need to add / remove items from your order at this point, you will need to place a new order or open a request.

On the rare occasion that there is a stocking error and we do not have your product, we will be in contact with you as soon as we know.

In this situation, the options are to either swap to another product or remove the product form the order for a refund.


Through the checkout you will be given various ways to pay. This includes, Credit / Debit card, Paypal and Klarna.

It is also possible to pay cash for items, although this is in store only.

If your order has been cancelled / returned. We will refund the payment within 1-2 working days. After the refund has been initiatied, the money may take 3-5 working days to show up in your bank account.

If you find a better price elsewhere and would like us to price match with another website, please get in contact with us over email with the URL of the product!

Please note that this item must be identical to the product we are offering. We are also unable to offer price match on products outside of the UK.

Price matching is not binding and Dogg has the rights to refuse a price match.

Yes! All scooters will need some sort of maintenance / servicing at some point in their life. This can vary from tightening your compression or wheels, to swapping components over like bearings and griptape.

In the case that a scooter is not going together at all, the chances are there is a compatibility issue with the parts.

The best thing to do in this situation is get in contact with us over email and explaining the issue.

Please include a list of parts that you are trying to put together along with photos / videos of the assembly process.

Servicing the scooter is very important to maintain a well performing scooter.

If the scooter is not maintained, it can lead you to different problems down the line.

Loose bolts can cause unnecessary stress on various components which can result in accelerated damage.
