Shipping Information
We offer various delivery methods for Mainland UK which you are able to choose from at the checkout. Something to keep in mind, which you probably know already, is that certain services may be restricted in some areas and may cause a delay in the arrival of your parcel.
Our working days are Monday - Friday. Weekends & Bank Holidays are not considered to be working days.
We offer free standard UK delivery on orders over £50.
Our cut off point for same day dispatch is 12PM. Any order that comes in after this will be dispatched the next working day. Saturday delivery is not available on Friday's after 12pm.

Store Pickup is available on request! It is possible to collect your order in store if you would prefer. During checkout you will be given this option and shown a list of locations, dates and times to choose from. Please feel free to give us a call if you experience any problems. You should receive notification that your order is ready to collect by email.
Shipping insurance available: Delivery Insurance is available on all orders at checkout. This covers you in the case of any parcel going missing or being stolen during its journey. We recommended this service for higher value orders.

International shipping prices:
4-10 day shipments on ALL products internationally.
Shipping prices will vary on the product and on what country you'd like the products delivered to. You will be able to find specific information of shipping costs underneath the product you're looking to order.
International orders may be subject to import fees, customs duties, value added tax (VAT), etc. These costs are calculated at checkout.
Once the parcel has left our warehouse and in the hands of one of our courier services, Dogg Scooters cannot be held responsible for any delays in this period. Dogg Scooters will not be entitled to refund or credit any shipping costs.
