Frequently asked questions

What does “Pre-Order” mean?

Pre-order items are not yet in stock but can be reserved in advance. The product page will show the expected arrival window.

When will my pre-order ship?

We ship as soon as the item arrives and your order is ready. Arrival dates can move due to supplier delays—check the latest update on the product page. Sometimes there can be a back log if items have been pre-sold for a long period of time, these will be processed in date order.

Will my whole order ship together?

If you order in-stock items with a pre-order, we will hold everything to ship together unless split shipping is arranged. Contact us if you need in-stock items sooner, or place a separate order for in-stock items and for pre-order items..

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel pre-orders at any point prior to dispatch.

How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Delivery costs start from £3.99 for our 2-4 day service, but next working day delivery is available on all products we hold in stock!

Can I return items from this collection?

Yes—unused items can usually be returned within our returns window. Please check our Returns Policy for eligibility and exclusions.
