Returns & Warranty


If you'd like to return your order, this must be done within 30 days of purchase and the product must be in brand new condition in its original packaging. This excludes Custom Scooters. 

If you have purchased a custom built scooter, we will not be able to take this back for a full refund as during the building process the parts are marked internally and the original packaging is either thrown away or recycled, this deems the separate parts not brand new and un-sellable for full price. We will be able to give you a partial refund for this but be prepared to be deducted 10-20% restocking fees due to this.

If a part has arrived to you damaged, please contact us about this using the form below, include pictures of the marking on the product and we can give you a returns label to either exchange or refund the product free of charge.

Unless otherwise stated, we do not offer free returns.


If you have had an issue with a scooter part breaking, please fill in the form below and we can put in a warranty claim for you with the brand. Please include pictures of the damage and a full picture of the product and complete scooter.
