What you need to know.
If you'd like to return your order, this must be done within 30 days of receiving the order and the product must be in brand new condition in its original packaging. This excludes Custom Scooters. Please note that returns can take up to 7 working days to be processed once arriving back to us. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Faulty or damaged?
If a part has arrived to you damaged, please contact us about this, include pictures of the marking on the product and we can give you a returns label to either exchange or refund the product free of charge.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Custom Built Scooters
Custom Scooters cannot be returned for a full refund - As the custom built scooter is made to order, parts of the scooter can be internally marked and the original packaging removed, this means the product un-sellable in new condition and therefore cannot be fully refunded. We may be able to accept the return of a custom scooter for a partial refund or credit on your Dogg Scooters account.
