Frequently asked questions

What bar height and width should I choose?

If you're going for an aftermarket set of handlebars, the best way to choose is to measure the size of your current handlebars and basing it from that, whether you want them slightly taller, wider or shorter, then consult the product specification for exact measurements.

What’s the difference between standard and oversized bars?

Standard bars have an external diamiter of 31.8mm, while oversized bars are 34.9mm. Match your bar diameter to your clamp and compression setup.

Will these bars work with my compression (IHC/HIC/SCS)?

Compatibility depends on bar material, diamiter and whether the bars have a factory slit. Check the product details and make sure your clamp/compression matches. For more information check out our Compatibility Guide.

Which material is best for bars?

Aluminium is light, steel is durable and budget-friendly, and titanium is premium—strong and light. Pick based on weight vs durability priorities.

Do bars include grips?

No, bars do not include grips and we recommend upgrading to a new set if you're going for a new set of bars!

What tools do I need for installation?

Most scooter parts can be fitted with Allen keys and a socket/spanner set. The essential items are a size 5 and 6 Allen Key, 13mm Spanner / Socket.
